Fight Results

Tuesday, March 9th, 2010

A great night Saturday at the Clash of Warriors show 'face off'. Tim Butler fought for the first time in over a year against a much larger opponent. Tim found the first round a little tricky getting his timing right in a mainly stand up round against the Polish fighter, but never looked in any serious trouble, nearly finishing with an arm-bar at one point.

The second round was much different with Tim taking  Zlotnicki down from the start and totally controlling the fight for the entire round, mounting twice and finishing just as strong as the beginning of the fight.

There was some confussion after this as the judges scored… Read More

Clash of Warriors Results

Monday, September 7th, 2009

A mixed night of emotions on Saturday - Ben Rose fought a different opponent (Paul Barton) from Leicester Shoot and won impressively over two rounds by decision. Ben weathered the storm early in the clinch against Barton, and although was taken down a few times, got back easily using the cage. Both traded well but towards the end of the first round Ben started to take the advantage. The second round was all Rose who took apart Barton with strong leg and body kicks and nearly knocked him out in the final seconds with the trade mark overhand right.

Great Night for Tap or Snap!

Monday, June 15th, 2009

Team Tap or Snap had a great night last night on Clash of Warriors show 'Rough as Hell', winning 3 out of the 4 fights.

Luke Brown opened the show up impressively by dominating Irish fighter Kane Farmer early and finishing him on the ground with strikes.

Crowd favourite Dean 'pitbull' Rowley was up next for Tap or Snap making his debut fight against Steve Hazeldine. The fight started explosively with Dean taking the fight to the floor, then quickly back to his feet. In the scrappy exchanges Hazeldine manged to sink in a guillotine and pull guard, forcing Dean to tap.
